Patient Reunion top of page

Every year, the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at The Jewish Hospital reunites patients, family members, caregivers and marrow donors at its annual “Partners in Hope” patient reunion. The reunion features dinner, speakers that include blood and marrow transplant survivors, physicians and staff, as well as presentation of the "Partners in Hope" award to an individual or group of individuals for the outstanding care he/she gives to transplant patients.
